Voice Dialogue is a fantastic way to explore what's at the root of any internal conflict (showing itself as confusion, procrastination or self-sabotage), to find clarity and a more effective way forward. It involves speaking to the different parts of you that are coming up in relation to any particular situation or area of your life. The inner selves are individual to you, but some are common to many - such as the Inner Critic, Inner Child, the Pusher, the People-Pleaser, Rational Mind, Rule-maker, and the list goes on.
There is often a conflict between these parts which may be causing you a great deal of discomfort, confusion and stress, putting a strain on your relationships and personal (or professional) well-being. Through voice dialogue, we aim to release the tension in that conflict, so that you can experience more:

Voice Dialogue is a method that helps you to truly know yourself, as much the surface as the depths of your psyche.
It helps you to understand the workings of your psychology and empowers you to move forward more consciously.
It teaches you how to respond instead of react.
Voice dialogue perspective and practice has been tremendously helpful in my life. Especially in the areas of communication & relationships, career, and a general sense of balance.

The way the sessions unfold depends on you and what is going on for you, but typically we will speak to 2 or 3 selves in each session. It can feel like a "massage of the psyche" or "yoga for the mind" as I've been told by clients before!
Packages consist of a number of 75-90 minute 1-to-1 sessions over an agreed period of time. It is up to you how frequently you wish to schedule the sessions, as long as they fall within the agreed time period.
Sessions take place via online video and can be recorded on request.

Bring balance and vibrancy to your life, as well as physical healing, by discovering the psychological parts behind your physical symptoms. This is a deep process for personal growth, where you'll enhance your self-awareness and well-being. We'll dive into unconscious aspects of your ailments, identify the inner selves that are calling through your body, and help you heal through resolving internal conflicts and imbalances.

A 6-week intensive journey, for entrepreneurs and creatives struggling with productivity. You will experience the energies of your playful inner creative, and your structured inner doer, you'll hear their perspectives, including how they offer to support you in taking action.
The process is illuminating and brings balance to your system. Most importantly, it will help you to embody a more powerful way of being and doing, moving forward with intention.
Following the voice dialogue session will be a creative planning session, and 4 weeks of online co-working sessions, to put your insights and plans into action.

For those of you who want to strengthen your Aware centre ongoingly. We'll explore one or more areas of your life, through the lens of voice dialogue and psychology of selves, propelling you into new levels of growth.
You'll learn the principles of psychology of selves, meet your primary selves, and explore your disowned selves based on what is going on in your life, to experience more inner peace, perspective and balance. This will support you to lead your life more intentionally.
You'll be able to apply the knowledge and enhanced perspective gained to improve your relationships, work-life, self-image and living true to your (whole) self. The selves you'll meet and work with range from your Inner Child, Inner Critic, the Pusher, the Protector, and many other selves specific to you.
Expect a transformation. Side effects include seeing yourself and acting in a more empowered way ;)
